Option 2  Reproducible  Set or CAD File Set       $5,000.00
1 copy  on mylar or vellum for making minor changes to your plans or CAD file for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the drawings.   Included with the drawings are:
Floor plans                                       Typical wall sections
Elevations                                        Building sections
Foundation plan, notes and details     Electrical plans
Framing plan and notes                     Miscellaneous notes and details
Roof Plan                            

Changes to plans should only be made by qualified professionals.  Charles Ash or Allied Arts is not responsible for changes to drawings made by others.

Option 3  Single  Set     $1,500.00
1 copy  for obtaining bids only.  Stamped "Not for Construction".  A contractor cannot legally build from plans marked this way.    Included with the drawings are:
Floor plans                                        Typical wall sections
Elevations                                         Building sections
Upon request, we are able to provide revisions to the drawings on an hourly basis of $150.00 per hour.
